OUR NEW HOME!!!!

Logan and I got our FIRST new home 1 week before we got married.

We are completely TRILLED & EXCITED to be

first home buyers.

Most of you have probably heard the long dreadful, stressful & aggravating story of trying to get this home.

For those of you who haven't i'll tell ya a very short version of just SOME of the problems.

We went through Chase being I work their and get a discount- Chase Mortgage guy screwed up our loan process and got us declined... he tried to help us fix his mistake and it was taking far to long and getting close to our deadline. We thought we had lost the house by this time... (sidenote: we went through 2 realtors- we looked at 50+ homes- we placed offers on 15+ homes- we got accepted on 4 ho

mes and by the end... we wanted THIS HOME ONLY- it felt like home) We switched to a mortg guy that our Realtor referred us- we had 5 days to close and we fought some battles and we came out on top. We were so excited the day we signed the paperwork and knew the house was REALLY ours!

We love our home and its so cute WITHOUT furniture & decorations. You just wait until the pictures of our home decorated and put together come :)

In the end we got a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath & 2

car garage home.

We have a great starter home & a great starter backyard for Logan to build our mini paradise.

We got a Smokin' price & a home in great condition (we didn't see many of those while searching)

Another great feature is... its located on Higley & Baseline. Just 2 miles from my parents home. It makes things SO much easier living so close to them :)
